Parisa was born in Iran, in 1986, where she received her B.Sc. and M.Sc. both in chemical engineering from Sahand University of technology and Tehran University of Technology in 2008 and 2011 respectively. She has started her PhD program at the Reactor and Catalysis Research Center of Sahand University of Technology since 2012 under supervision of Dr Haghighi.
